Ticker: Boston Herald climbs onto Boston Journal’s 150 Most Influential record

Date:

The Herald has cracked Boston Journal’s 150 Most Influential Bostonians record, together with Karen Learn.

Because the journal reviews, the 150 individuals on the 2025 record “move the needle of our collective future.” And never essentially to everybody’s settlement. “Let the arguments begin,” the journal admits, as a result of affect is fluid.

Wyc Grousbeck and the Boston Celtics high the record after the workforce was offered for a staggering $6.1 billion — “the highest in North American sports history.”

The remainder of the record is full of progressive stalwarts, from Gov. Maura Healey (#6) and Boston Mayor Michelle Wu (#7) and AG Andrea Campbell (#14), and many extra.

Karen Learn, who made the record (#150) on the identical day her retrial within the dying of her boyfriend BPD Officer John O’Keefe began, is listed as “defendant in the trial of the decade.”

The Herald was simply forward of that mark with Govt Editor Joe Dwinell (#134) being listed for the paper’s “resistance journalism in the Wu-Healey era.” BoMag provides the Herald props by including that we’re “often channeling, reflecting, and shaping popular but underrepresented conservative perspectives in a largely progressive media environment.”

We’d need to say they bought that proper.
