Mayor Michelle Wu has introduced that the Metropolis of Boston will probably be celebrating the legendary hometown R&B group New Version with occasions subsequent month.
New Version, which was based in Roxbury in 1978, will probably be honored for his or her “profound impact on both the community and music industry” on Sept. 6 and seven, in keeping with a metropolis press launch.
