Date:

It’s not solely transferring season — Storrowing season can also be right here.

Yet one more truck bought into an accident on Storrow Drive early Friday morning, because the tractor trailer reportedly rolled over and struck an overpass.

“Traffic Alert on Storrow Drive West,” Massachusetts State Police posted. “This morning, a tractor trailer rolled over and hit a westbound overpass on Storrow Drive at the Fenway exit.

“For the safety of all, traffic is down to one lane and there is one lane closed on the exit,” State Police added.

The accident scene cleared a few hours later.

This truck incident comes as Massachusetts security officers warn movers to keep away from Storrow and different low-clearance roads.

“Moving season is here — don’t get #Storrowed!” MassDOT Security posted. “Trucks are banned on these roads due to low clearance (as low as 9 ft). Waze & GoogleMaps won’t know you are driving a truck: Storrow Dr; Soldiers Field Rd; Memorial Dr.

“Share this with anyone you know who’s moving!” added the visitors security group on the Massachusetts Division of Transportation.

Late August and early September is when U-Haul and different transferring vans are seen all throughout the area, as school college students return to city.

“Welcome to those moving to Greater Boston!” Mass State Police posted. “If you’re new to town, please take care with where you drive any large vehicles. If you live here, please be courteous to those less familiar with our roads. Massachusetts is a great place to live, and we’re glad you’re here.”
