Ryan Walters appears to have little curiosity in clarifying to his constituents his headline-making resolution to resign as Oklahoma’s state superintendent of faculties.
Walters, who ceaselessly attacked academics unions and accused educators of being baby abusers throughout his three-year tenure, introduced his resignation Wednesday on KOKH, an Oklahoma Metropolis-based Fox Information affiliate.
