A younger woman died and two of her relations have been hospitalized with severe accidents after their automotive was struck Saturday afternoon by an alleged drunk driver, Norfolk County District Legal professional Michael Morrissey stated in an announcement.
Police arrested James Blanchard, a 21-year-old from Franklin, and accused him of driving the pick-up truck that crashed into the household’s automotive on Grove Avenue in Franklin, authorities stated.
Blanchard is being held on $500,000 money bail and is scheduled to be arraigned in Wrentham District Court docket Tuesday, Morrissey’s workplace stated.
